It’s time for another week of WIAW and this month I’m also featuring a healthy snacking option plus giveaway!!
Let’s get started! I failed on taking a picture of my breakfast but here it is! Sorry for the recycled pic! Had some greek yogurt with a Two Moms in the Raw granola bar! Such a great way to fuel my day after some morning Tabata’s and a speedy run!
Snack time, I popped a few of the Good Bean Chili lime chickpea snacks while Sara munched on the Sweet Cinnamon
Let me tell you all about these amazing little roasted chickpea snacks! The Good Bean launched in 2010 with their All-Natural Roasted Chickpea Snacks in 4 flavors. They’re are a healthy snack that is gluten-free, nut-free, high protein, high fiber, and low fat.
- sweet cinnamon : lightly sweetened with sugar and loads of cinnamon (Sara’s fav.)
- sea salt : loaded with delicious sea salt (great in salads for that extra crunch)
- smoky chili + lime : packed with smoky flavor and a bit kick of heat (also good on salads but I’ve been found eating them straight out of the bag
- black pepper : a tiny bit of salt but loaded with a spicy peppery taste
The Good Bean sent me all four of their flavors to try out along with their Fruit and No Nut Bars.
These snacks are amazing! They are so tasty and you would never believe you are eating chickpeas!! Everyone in the family enjoyed them!
Sara loves the Cinnamon ones and I love them all! I’ve been using these bad boys as toppings on my salad and this past weekend at the Empower! conference I ate the apricot coconut bar!
Guess what?! The Good Bean is giving out some of their roasted Chickpea snacks to one lucky winner!! Aren’t they the best??
All you have to do is leave a comment telling me your favorite way to eat chickpeas.

Nothing in between lunch and dinner but dinner was soooo good!
