Tommie Copper Compression Clothing

Last week the folks at Tommie Cooper contacted me about trying out their new short sleeve compression shirt! Tommie Copper is proud to announce three new LIMITED EDITION colors this summer: Pink, Lime Green and the long awaited White!

I was sent the pink short sleeve shirt and LOVE IT!

Tommie Copper’s women’s compression shirt uses compression to provide support for the muscles and joints in the neck, shoulders, torso and back.

  • Comfortable enough to be worn all day under your work clothes
  • Wickable fabric keeps skin dry
  • Provides support for the neck, shoulders, torso and back
  • Gentle effective compression allows for 24 hour use, even while asleep

I tested it out twice!  First, I used it Saturday during my long run!  It was comfortable cool and easy to run in.  At one point in the run I pulled the sleeves up because I was hot and nothing rubbed or chafed.

After washing my shirt I wore it to bed and it was So comfortable!

Tommie Cooper has a wide range of compression gear!  Do you wear compression wear? How has it helped you?

Disclosure: I received this top from Tommie Cooper.   It was my decision to do this review for them and all opinions expressed are on my own.

I wear compression socks during my long runs and for recovery. They definitely help speed up recovery and aid in muscle soreness.

Totally jealous of you! I have one compression sleeve for my calf for rough days, but that’s it. I don’t think the winter tight gear counts. Maybe one day I’ll try it out! Their website has a ton of stuff that would be fun to use.

  6. That shirt is adorable!!! I don’t wear much compression gear but have a pair of cotton compression socks that I use post races. Not sure if they help but I like the way they feel!
