The Pinterest Era

Are you like me and think, what did we do before Pinterest?  Seriously, there isn’t a week day that goes by that I don’t find something new to do with my daughter, some healthified baked good or a new dinner to try.  It has seriously changed me! Saw this on Pinterest the other night and it sums things up perfectly.

The hubs is often a bit skeptical about what’s going on in the kitchen since Pinterest came around.  I mean, who knew you could bake with chickpeas and have it turn out so tasty!  Thank you Chocolate Covered Katie  for being the first one to introduce me another way to use chickpeas.  95% of the time, as skeptical as the hubs is, he is usually quite impressed.  I’m sure this theory holds true.

Of course, I have boards of all these amazing crafty ideas that, let’s be honest will probably never happen.  I’m not crafty; I never was.  I can’t make some amazing hidden kitchen organizer like this.  It will never happen.  Really, as cute as this is and as fun as it would be to have in my house, it will never ever happen.

I’m dedicating this post to linking up some of the things I have made recently and have loved!

Microwave Pumpkin Muffin for 1

How to bake eggs in the oven

What are your favorite pins?  Do you pin things that you want to make but know it will never happen?
