On Sunday night after we got home from our Super Bowl party I got an exciting email from the folks at Pretty Muddy telling me that I had been selected as part of their Pretty Muddy Chicago bloggers team! You may remember that I blogged about there event a few weeks ago here.
So what does this mean? Well, it means that all you Chicago based folks can come join me on my team Saturday, September 7th for an awesome 5k WOMENS ONLY race. This is such a fun opportunity to run a little race, get really messy and have a ton of fun! Over the next seven months I will be posting about about the race and keeping you informed of all of the details. If you have never run a race a 5k is perfect distance to get started!

Today’s Healthy sELF challenge is to do 100 burpees. I’ve been thinking about this challenge all week. Here’s how I am getting mine in!

That closes out the morning workout at 60 and then I’m planning to do 4 sets 0f 10 throughout the day!! Are you up for the challenge? Would love to hear everyone does with it!

I’m going to try and do my burpees in sets of four this weekend… we will see how that goes. I like your idea of building them into a circuit workout!
