If you consider how much 1:1 personal training is and gym membership it’s an extremely good deal!  Not to mention all of the nutritional guidance you will be receiving on a daily basis as well!

On the website, bootcampers also have immediate access to track their results, monitor their success, and receive support through their fellow bootcampers and their trainers.

    I need an assistant but I am such a control freak – I just cant! And a lot of the stuff I need ASSISTANCE with is… EMAIL stuff and I don’t trust ANYONE but me to go into my emails! I do have interns though, they do a few of the menial tasks, but there are so many things on FB I would love for them to do – however, that would require them going on my person FB page, and again, just like email, I am not sure I am okay with that!..

    I have done tabata apx 1 yr ago and liked it and for the last 6 mo have been woth ferrels…but I am in a season where i need flexiblity of time and location of exercise…

    My question to you, Im 11 weeks pregnant…and need to keep moving, do you feel this would still be a good program for me?
