Peanut Butter Chocolate Frozen Greek Yogurt Bites

So as you all probably know by now, yesterday was National Peanut Butter Day.  Given the “holiday” I decided to get cracking in my kitchen to make this yummy sweet treat.

Last week, I received this awesome package from the amazing folks at Chobani!  We’ve all been enjoying yogurt.  I can’t get enough of Chobani

All I did was combine was container of Chobani plain greek yogurt

2-3 tablespoons of natural peanut butter

1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder

1 teaspoon of vanilla

** Mix all ingredients until the consistency is smooth in a bowl

** Spoon yogurt mixture into bag and cut the corner

** Squeeze out bite size dots onto parchment paper and place into the freezer for at least 30-45 minutes

Want to switch it up?  Use vanilla greek yogurt instead plain?  Or add in honey for added sweetness.  Options are endless thanks to all the amazing flavors that Chobani has to offer!  The hubs suggested dipping the bites in chocolate, because according to him, everything is better with chocolate. Store them in an airtight container in the freezer.  It’s best to consume these in 2-3 days.

Do you have any favorite peanut butter treats?  Did you do anything “special” for Peanut Butter day?  Or is everyday peanut butter day?  🙂
