I was playing in my kitchen on Sunday which is something I like to do! During the week, I never really get the chance. I’ve been doing some experimenting with coconut flour! Do you guys use it? Coconut flour is a great alternative to wheat and other grain flours. It’s high in protein and fiber and of course is gluten free! It’s important to know coconut flour has a very different consistency and can’t be replaced at 1:1 ratio when baking or cooking with it. Want more info on cooking and baking with coconut flour? I’ve also got some BIG news!! As you all know I trained my first client this week. Well, I’ve picked up another one! I’m having a blast and loving every second. Additionally, I decided to go for my Tabata Boot Camp certification! There is a conference coming to town here in a few weeks and I couldn’t let the opportunity pass me by. I’m a huge fan of Tabata and HIIT and know that I will love every minute of this course. You can check out more information here! Anyways, I so excited and promise to bring back lots of info to share with all of you! I’d love to do a boot camp in my neighboorhood this summer! I live walking distance from a great park with a running track! It would be an awesome place for an early morning sweatfest!
