Is it me or does this week seem to be flying by? I can’t believe it’s already Thursday! I’m guest posting this morning over on Ali’s Blog who is one of my wonderful Sweat Pink Ambassador sisters. Ali is off in Florida running the Walt Disney World Marathon! One of my goals is to run an out of state marathon!! Have you ever done a race outside of your hometown?

It’s an awesome breakfast you can prep the night before and grab on your way out the door for work or before a long run. There are so many versions of overnight oats, this is mine.
