Organic Girl Baby Kale Giveaway

Yesterday was one of those 14 hour days.  I got up at 5:30 to workout and was out of the house shortly after 7.  I didn’t get home till after 9!  Packing snacks and stuff for a 14 hour day takes lots of planning.  I spent time at Starbucks working in between meetings and then had a lengthy lunch at Panera while I worked, studied my ACE Fitness and Nutrition book and caught up on emails.  I love working at Starbucks and other wi-fi capable places. It gets you out of the house and for me it’s usually when I am most productive.

For the last weeks I have been blogging about Organic Girl and their new baby kale product.  You can read about my posts here, here and here.

The benefits of kale are everywhere!  In face these days you can’t go a week without hearing about why kale is truly a superfood!

Super-powered kale is hardly just a pretty face! Its celeb status as “healthiest vegetable on the planet” is for good reason. Just one cup of kale contains about 100% of your daily requirements for vitamins A, C and K, providing anti-inflammatory benefits as well as phenomenal cardiovascular support. It is also rich in lutein and zeaxanthin, which promote healthy eyesight. Not convinced yet? Kale is a great source of potassium, iron, phosphorus and manganese – as well as over 45 different varieties of antioxidant flavonoids that lend themselves to cancer prevention! I’ve tried the Power Greens mix that has baby kale in it and like. Never cooked with it though…seems kind of like a waste with the baby kale.

I don’t neglect baby nor adult kale, hahah. I have a really bad allergy to processed foods and I have a (borderline- debilitating) wekness for all things crunchy. Thanks to the powers that be!!– I’ve discovered kale and have been hooked ever since. I put kale on my morning shakes, I throw them in the oven and make kale chips, I use kale for salad. You name it I probably put kale in it. It gives me the energy and satisfies the craving I have after my long distance run.

  23. I’ve never eaten baby kale but I do love rocking my Eat More Kale t shirt : )

It has been pretty generous with you to offer extensively exactly what most people might have advertised for an e book to generate some money for themselves, most importantly given that you could have tried it if you desired. Those tips likewise served like a good way to realize that the rest have the identical zeal like my own to know a great deal more with regards to this issue.
