Yesterday was one of those 14 hour days. I got up at 5:30 to workout and was out of the house shortly after 7. I didn’t get home till after 9! Packing snacks and stuff for a 14 hour day takes lots of planning. I spent time at Starbucks working in between meetings and then had a lengthy lunch at Panera while I worked, studied my ACE Fitness and Nutrition book and caught up on emails. I love working at Starbucks and other wi-fi capable places. It gets you out of the house and for me it’s usually when I am most productive.
