It’s the final week of the Move Nourish and Believe Challenge! Last week the focus was NOURISH and this week it’s BELIVE! Let’s recap last week.
I have NO problem with nourishment! I think eating and enjoying food is one of my strengths. Anyone with me?
Monday 2/10: Go meatless! I actually went meatless all week!!
Tuesday 2/11: Take your lunch to work! That’s easy I do that 95% of the time
Wednesday 2/12: Write it down: Having a smart phone makes writing things down so easy! It also gives us a chance to reflect on what was really eaten. I am often so guilty of dipping my spoon in almond butter every now and then. I’m a cereal snacker as I have mentioned and this si something that I am working hard on changing this year!
Thursday 2/13: Smoothie Day- I had a smoothie every day last week. I’m loving them!!
Friday 2/14: Go Raw: For me it was a smoothie in the morning, a large kale salad at lunch and veggies for dinner but the veggies were roasted!
As you can see, last week consisted of lots of green smoothies, kale salads and tons of yumminess! Only thing missing from this collection of pictures is almond and peanut butter. There were several spoonfuls of that consumed! Slight addiction to just eating it right out of the jar!
Here are the challenges for week three which begin today!
These are wonderful challenges! To my spoil myself today I am doing a double workout. Treadmill run and an hour at The Daily Method! I know it’s slightly crazy to think of a double workout as “spoiling” but I am LOVING my time at The Daily Method. It’s a true treat for myself!
