#mnbchallenge Recap: Why I will I continue Move Nourish and Believe Everyday

There are SO many challenges out there that bloggers and fitness enthusiasts put out there!  Run X number of miles in so many days, do X number of push ups or burpees in a month! You can find it all.  I’ve done some challenges but have never stuck with one as much as the Move Nourish and Believe Challenge that has been going on these last three weeks!

Here is what I have come to realize, while each week focused on a concept, all three are equally important!  Moving is something I simply can’t live without!  My daily sweat is my therapy and my ME time and ultimately makes me HAPPY.  Happiness was the focus this past week.  Another thing that makes me happy is FOOD!  I love cooking and filling my body with foods that make me feel good!

Move, Nourish and Believe are three SIMPLE concepts that we should all try to live by every day!

2/17 Spoil Myself:  I have been spoiling and treating myself with a bonus ME time and extra workouts at The Daily Method!  I was just telling the Hubs this weekend how much I truly love my classes there!  Love the ladies that I have met and love what I have learned!

2/18 Be Mindful:  I try to practice mindfulness when I can.  I am often mindful in the car and when I am driving.  It doesn’t matter where you are mindful just take some time every day to STOP and absorb the moment.  It’s vital to slow down!  I was mindful a ton on Tuesday and Wednesday as I was able to soak up the couple of days of beautiful sunshine and warm temps!

2/19 Be HAPPY:  I had some time to decompress and get work done at Starbucks.  I am happy that I have the ability and flexibility to work from a variety of locations!  By the way I am obsessed with the Happy song!  Anyone else love it?

2/20 Thankful THURSDAY:  Today I was thankful to have most of the day off to get things done for myself and my family.

2/21  Share the LOVE:  We had friends over for dinner Friday night and the evening was filled with delicious food, friends and lots of laughs!

Just because this challenge has come to a close doesn’t mean that it’s over.  These last three weeks have taught the important and value of MOVE, NOURISH and BELIEVE!

  1. I agree! I love a good challenge and this was one of the best I’ve ever done. It was simple and something that we should all be doing every single day.

    I think you are right – this is a challenge that easily could be carried out long term!! I think that the area I would really enjoy focusing on is the believe – sometimes those little things are the things that get pushed to the end of the day….

  4. Loved the challenge! Week 3 was my favorite and really made me think. Move and nourish I can do. Believe? Sometimes thats the tough part.
