Let the week of 5 begin!!

Yesterday kicked off the start of a week of celebrations exciting milestones and so many marvelous things. You’ve been warned that there will likely be lots of pictures this week on the blog and that’s because this week of Sara!

We kicked it off yesterday with breakfast!  Of course who doesn’t like ice cream before 10am when you are celebrating your birthday.  No shortage of sugar rushes for this one!

A little pause before the party began with Grandma and Pa20140608-192323-69803862.jpgI’d say we saw a clear difference between 4-5 year old boys and girls yesterday!  The boys watched the movie for all of 10 minutes and did a lot of running around and trashing of our basement.  Nothing too major but HOLY MOLY are boys wild.  We had plenty of back up activities like Frozen Bingo, Coloring and even pin the nose on Olaf.  In the end it was a great party with an incredibly sweet ending!

It’s rare we get a family shot as nice as this!  Just pretend the garbage bins aren’t there!

Oh and by the way, my top is one of items I kept from my Stitch Fix this month.  I got so many compliments on it yesterday!

Today, is Sara’s LAST day of preschool!  A little school celebration in the afternoon and then we have a few days off this week to play and do more celebrating before she begins camp on Monday!  It’s going to be a wonderful and exciting week!

Tell me how your weekend was?  Do you celebrate big birthdays more then one day?
