Hi Friends!

Lazy Lizards Yoga sent Sara one of their kids yoga mats!  Let’s just say that Sara is enjoying a little yoga these days!  With animals to match the poses this is the perfect little yoga mat for any little yogi!

Photo: Someone is enjoying her lazy lizards yoga mat! Happy day!

With the poses printed right on the yoga mat Sara is able to go through a series of poses on her own!  I think these pictures say enough!  Gotta love an aspiring yogi!   This is the perfect gift for any little one!  It would also make a great addition to any kindergarten or preschool gym class!  Lazy Lizards Yoga has a wide variety of mat colors and videos that are available on their website.

A little bit more about Lazy Lizards Yoga:

lazy lizards yoga for kids

Adorable kid sized yoga mats are perfect to motivate your little yogi to get moving! Twelve Poses are printed on the mat in simple line drawn style that are easy to follow, as soon as kids unroll the mats they start trying to do the poses right away.  Lazy Lizards Yoga Mats are created for a way for kids to “own” their practice.  Make it theirs and not just something that mom does.  There is even a place at the bottom of the mat that says “this mat belongs to___________.”  So it can be personalized.   Its just the right size for them to roll up and carry themselves to the park, backyard, class, or friends house.  The mats are 24W x 48L and just the right size for small bodies.   They are eco- friendly and recyclable, free from toxins, PVC, latex, and natural rubber.  Lazy Lizards Yoga mats, come in four different colors, blue, green, purple and lavender.

Seems to be that kids yoga classes are popping up left and right these days!  Workout as we all know is so beneficial and it’s important that we teach our kids to love it too!  Sara loves exercising!  Yoga, running, biking… you name it the girl has a passion to just move!

  3. I would love to have a mat for my little girl! When I pull mine out, she grabs a towel and I haven’t found a children’s yoga mat in a local store yet! Fitness is very important to my family because I want them to be active and learn to take care and love their bodies young. Nobody taught me those values and I struggled. I want to give my kiddos a head start.

Yoga is important to us because it encorporates both mental and physical well being. It is something that we can do as a family with many different skill levels. 15. I feel so much more relaxed when I do yoga. One of my main goals is to teach my boys the importance of being healthy and fit and staying away from being couch potatoes. My little guy (2yrs) has started doing some of my yoga moves and would LOVE to have his own yoga mat 🙂
