So as you all know, yesterday was quite an exciting day for me. I found out that I passed my exam with ISSA and officially became a Certified Fitness Trainer! It was a great day around the house as we didn’t do a whole lot. Sunday, in our house, is Bears Football day and I’ve learned that we, for the entire duration of the football season (pre and post season included), must plan around the beloved Chicago Bears. Thankfully, a Bears victory meant the hubs was a happy guy! Don’t get me started on what happens when they lose! Anyways, after a good workout yesterday and celebrating the news, I got down to making a little snack for all us! It was a big success so I thought I would share the very easy recipe with all of you.
This morning I enjoyed it with greek yogurt and some chia seeds. Eat it plain, mix it with your favorite oatmeal or yogurt or put it on frozen yogurt or ice cream for a special treat. Yes, you can have chocolate for breakfast!! Just enjoy! Have a great day everyone.
