LAST DAY of the SPRING INTO RUNNING GIVEAWAY WEEK!

I hope you have all enjoyed this week as much as I have!! I have loved reading all of your comments each day!!  Even though today is the last day of giveaways for THIS week, know that there are still plenty on the way.  Tomorrow, I’ll start announcing some of our winners!!

Anyways, I normally take Sunday off from posting but I promised you one last giveaway, and I am a woman of my word!  I had an awesome but exhausting day yesterday.  I got up and enjoyed some yummy overnight oats before I hit the road for 11 miles!!  It was about 30˚F  yesterday morning but the sun was shining and the cool air felt pretty good!

After my run, I started training a new client in his home and after that I subbed for class at the YMCA.  I’m actually going to be teaching an adults special needs fitness class this summer and in the fall. I tried out the class with a great group of teenage girls!  We had a blast working out and playing some fun fitness games!!  By the time Sara went to bed, all I wanted a nice glass of my favorite red wine.

I’m looking forward to stretching and sweating today in Bikram!  After a long run, Bikram yoga always helps me and it feels so good.

OK, moving right along to today’s giveaway!
