We are back!! I couldn’t get it together yesterday to get a post out! We got home late Thursday night and I spent yesterday hanging with Sara, grocery shopping, doing laundry and getting everything back to normal. The Hubs and I had the most magnificent time! This was a much needed getaway! We had great luck and great upgrades all around!
For starters we were moved from row 30 to row 8 and landed in the bulk head seating which meant more foot room for us! Not that either of us are huge people, it was nice though. Once we got to Cabo, we were upgraded the honeymoon suite! AMAZING! We had a huge 2 room suite with all of them amenities!
Some of the highlights of the trips!
There was much more more and I will cover some our eats and drinks on Wednesday! The Hubs and I also had an amazing day of snorkeling as well! We must have seen hundreds of beautiful fish! Being away is wonderful and the Hubs and I are so lucky that we get to do it! Sara had a vacation of her own at my parents house. They only live a mile away but they filled her days with plenty of amazing activities!
Before I left I told you that I got an awesome box of goodies from HIND.
What makes HIND so wonderful is their affordable and stylish clothes. Where them for a workout or to run errands in. Personally, if I could live in workout clothes every day all day long I’d be so happy but I do wear them about 30-40% of the week!
HIND can be found at a number of stores and if you like to spend a little time bargain hunting, they can be found at places like TJ MAXX or Marshalls! I love new workout gear and HIND is giving one reader some new clothes! One winner will win a new pair of shorts, tank and pullover! Those folks at HIND are awesome!
The winner of the Chia and Flax Stix giveaway is: #127 Kara! Congrats Kara, be on the lookout for an email from me shortly!
I’ll be back Monday with a new recipe. The rest of the weekend will be filled with family time, food prepping and experimenting and hopefully a 5-6 mile run. I’m doing the best I can to come back from this hamstring injury but I am slowing down and have realized that long 10 plus mile runs are not in my near future! I’m totally OK with that though! I’ve run a ton this season and have PR’s and lots of great memories to show for it!
If you live in Chicago you know we are in for record cool temps this weekend! What’s up with that? Oh well, enjoy the weekend everyone!
Oh and huge thank you and shout out to my guest bloggers who filled in while I was gone! Thank girls! Loved your posts!!!
