Last week I was participating in a TweetChat discussion about heart health! We hit on lots of topics including diet, exercise and the warning signs of heart trouble! There were several of us who chatted about clean foods in our diet that help promote a healthy heart. As you all know I am a huge fan of Chia seeds. My family thinks I sneak them into everything! I wish I could, but they would bust me and probably protest!

i have never tried these. i was just at whole foods and saw them on the shelf but didn’t know what to do with them so i moved on. now i am curious. anything with omegas and protein i am all for.

I just posted last Friday about chia seeds, flaxseeds and hemp seeds! I’ve never tried hemp seeds, but I really want to! I eat chia seeds every day, and use ground flaxseeds every once in a while—it’s all so good for you!
