    I find that I need accountability in order to push myself into things. I joined a local running group and have met some awesome women who will call me out if I don’t live up to a commitment and cheer me on when I do!

    I try to stay exercising but sneaking in nnon traditional workouts…lots of walking and scheduling in early morning sessions at the gym!

    This year I am doing a 5k on Thanksgiving, christmas eve and new years eve. I am also trying really hard to get in at least one mile every day or 30 minutes of exercise videos.
