Friday 5! Skout Bar Giveaway, ACE Update and WINNERS!!

Happy Friday although the days are all just flowing together!  It’s time to start thinking about 2013 closing and 2014 beginning!

1) This week I received an Infinity Strap in the mail.

I won it off of Erica at Erica Finds!  It’s the most portable and amazing strap ever!  You get the deepest stretches.  I love how small it is and how the website shows plenty of videos for how to use it! I can’t wait to learn and use this more over the weeks to come!

2) Have you guys heard about Skout Bars?

Trailbar Sampler (5 Bars)

I received them in the mail earlier this week and they are insanely good!  As you all know I love trying and hearing all about bars.  Bars that are packed with wholesome ingredients without ingredients that you can’t pronounce!  Skout bars have a handful of all natural, organic and simple ingredients.  I snacked on 1/2 of the apple cinnamon before each of my longer runs this week and it was the perfect base!  Of course, chocolate peanut butter and chocolate coconut were my favorites!  Skout is giving one reader a sampler pack just like the one I got!  You can order Skout bars off their website or find them at a store in your area!

Packed with vitamins and minerals, Skout Trailbars are the perfect outdoor nutrition choice or perfect to fuel or refuel after exercise! Enter below for your chance to win some amazing bars!

3) With just a few days to go in 2013 do you make resolutions?

I’ve never been one to actually “resolve” to change or do things in next year but I always try to look back on the year and reflect on what WAS and then look forward to what IS.  Are you looking forward to a fresh start and a new year?  What are your thoughts?  Are you resolving to change or do something differently in 2014?

4) I’ve been working hard this last month and making time to study!  After a few hours yesterday at the kitchen table… this happened!

Note that this doesn’t mean I am TOTALLY done but I am getting there.  I still have Sports and Health Nutrition to complete but progress is progress and I am patting myself on the back for completing this before the end of the year!

5)  Finally, I have the final batch of winners from last weeks Blogerversary Blowout!

Brady Bands #436 Sarah Jordan

ProCompression Socks#67 Amy Zindell Keyes

Words to Sweat By # 165 Kim Griffin Turner

Energy Bits #104 Valerie Peterson

Have a great weekend!  I’m off to do a long treadmill run while this amazing paleo/gluten free banana bread is in the oven baking!
