Almond Pulp Protein Bars

  • Almond Pulp from one batch of almond milk (approximately 1 cup)
  • ½ cup of shredded coconut
  • ½ cup of almond butter
  • ⅓ cup of honey or agave
  • 1 T of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Optional: I scoop of protein powder. I used chocolate
  • Optional: 2 Tablespoons of ground chia or flax
  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl
  2. Place batter into a 8x8 glass baking dish.
  3. Place in the freezer until firm.
  4. Cut into squares
