    I was really good about doing yoga 1-2 times a week at my local Y but have fallen out of practice. Going to try to get back into it. I’ve done some power yoga and vinyasa.

  6. I’m no Yogi but I do try to squeeze some in from time to time. I’ve been enjoying Piyo at our gym which is a combination of Yoga and Pilates. Much more fast paced which is more my style!

    I try to do yoga at least once a week. heated vinyasa flow is my favorite because I work up a sweat and it really challenges me.

    I’m a relative yoga neophyte in that a lot of the poses are challenging for me. Growing up playing soccer and running has left me with pretty tight and inflexible legs…but I’ve always had extremely flexible shoulders – go figure. Anyways, I think yoga is a fantastic practice for any athlete and I try to get myself to a class a week or so. Power vinyasa is my fav by far as the strength and grace required make it a challenging and beautiful pursuit. I could only hack it for a month of Bikram 🙂

  13. I have never done yoga but I have a friend who has invited me to try hot yoga with her! I can’t wait to try it! I could really use one of these hand towels tho! I will have to check out their website! I do boot camp and always have one with me because I am a big sweater! Yuck! Lol!
