    I’m good on running, exercising and eating right but the area I always skimp on is sleep which is not good! I’m a nanny and around sick kids all the time so these vitamins would be great!

  10. The best thing I’ve ever done for my health was to start making homemade bone broth. Also we try to eat all the colors and I give the kids a multi, but often neglect my own micro-nutrient needs.
